Step 5: Receive the vet-approved products and advice that have been recommended for your unique dog, hassle free, on repeat

* If your dog’s condition changes, simply re-take the quiz to update us of any changes.

All of our products are made in FDA and third party audited manufacturing facilities in the USA.

All of our supplements are made using natural ingredients that are known to be safe. Therefore, they should be safe to use alongside most prescription medications. Please check with your vet or email us at [email protected] if you would like further information.

ORDERS

Yes, orders are managed by you in your account. You can adjust any upcoming orders up until the point at which the order has been finalised to be shipped. Please contact us by email at [email protected] ASAP if you have any questions about editing an upcoming order.

Yes, you can set up a profile for each of your dogs, and manage their orders separately.

DELIVERY

We are currently delivering to the following regions: Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam. More regions will be coming soon. If you would like us to start delivering to your region, email us at [email protected] to let us know!

There is no delivery charge for all deliveries within Hong Kong. For orders outside of Hong Kong, there is a delivery fee that will be shown at checkout.
